Der Verein entstand 1981 aus Mitgliedern des damaligen Ausschusses f\u00fcr Bew\u00e4hrungshilfe beim Jugendsch\u00f6ffengericht Ahlen. Er war zun\u00e4chst als \u201eF\u00f6rderkreis f\u00fcr Bew\u00e4hrungshilfe Ahlen e.V.\u201c in das Vereinsregister eingetragen, hat sich dann aber umbenannt in \u201eReStart e.V. Ahlener F\u00f6rderkreis f\u00fcr Bew\u00e4hrungshilfe, Gerichtshilfe und F\u00fchrungsaufsicht\u201c, Kurzbezeichnung: \u201eReStart eV Ahlen\u201c.<\/p>\n

Der Verein ist eingetragen beim Amtsgericht M\u00fcnster VR 50420.<\/p>\n

Er ist als Voraussetzung f\u00fcr den Empfang von Geldauflagen aus Ermittlungs-, Straf- und Gnadenverfahren mit der Kennziffer E-08182 in der Zentralstelle Gemeinn\u00fctzige Einrichtungen bei der Generalstaatsanwaltschaft in D\u00fcsseldorf erfasst.<\/p>\n

Die Gemeinn\u00fctzigkeit ist anerkannt vom Finanzamt Beckum durch Freistellungsbescheid vom 23.05.2018.<\/p>\n

Die Vereinsaufgaben werden nicht durch Mitgliedsbeitr\u00e4ge finanziert, sondern durch Spenden und vor allem die Zuwendung von Geldauflagen insbesondere aus Ermittlungs- und Strafverfahren (Auflagen an mutma\u00dfliche oder verurteilte Straft\u00e4ter, z.B. als Bew\u00e4hrungsauflagen oder Einstellungsvoraussetzungen in F\u00e4llen geringer Schuld).<\/p>\n

Die F\u00f6rderung ist strikt subsidi\u00e4r; unterst\u00fctzt werden nur Projekte, f\u00fcr die staatliche Mittel nicht ausreichend zur Verf\u00fcgung stehen.<\/p>\n
